I was worried that Off the Grid was was going to be short-sided and focused toward a specific type of off the grid builder. It's not. The book covers a wide range of topics around off the grid living and building. My biggest gripe is that it's uneven. Cabin building get a solid overview but batteries gets pages of details on how the chemistry works.
