While for me this is a 3 star read - I work in HR so have experience in / with leadership fundamentals- I feel like this could be a very useful read for first time leaders. Lots of checklists and tools to help you think through various aspects that cone with leadership from your own onboarding to recruiting team members, managing performance to setting a vision
