Atlas of Head & Neck Surgery: Otolaryngology

Rate this book
This comprehensive surgical atlas is designed to complement Dr. Bailey's hailed two-volume Head and Neck Surgery--Otolaryngology text. This master work combines the surgical experience of over 177 renowned surgeons. It provides step-by-step coverage of 350 otolaryngologic surgical procedures, of which 150 are listed on the operative experience report. Each procedure is presented in either a two- or four-page format with a left-hand page of descriptive text and a right-hand page of two-color illustrations. This beautifully illustrated text also presents, in detail, 200 additional secondary procedures that cover important variations of primary procedures. Each operative procedure includes an outline, operative procedure, tips and pearls, pitfalls, complications, postoperative care issues, references and surgical variations.

This book sucks and I am sick of not having time to read it. It is the textbook for my residency, but it's pretty hard to crack it open after a 14 hour day. Not recommended.
