Having passed the age of fifty over twenty-five years ago, I was fascinated by the title. The author covers a variety of topics from golf specific exercises to the golf related side effects of various medications that are often prescribed for those who are fifty plus. I found the exercise sections to be the most helpful. Since I started reading this book several years ago I have found that I have incorporated some of them into my pre-round routine. Also of interest were the sections on recovery from a variety of surgeries that would help one get back on the golf course. The book is actually a compilation of articles by specialists in the various fields of medicine who have adapted their treatments to be of benefit to golfers. The editor stays true to his stated mission throughout the book.
