This illustrated pocket guide explains the principles and practice of the Alexander Technique, providing an introduction to a system which is thought to aid well-being and help overcome ailments such as stress and stress-related disorders, as well as neck, back and joint pains.
It was an OK book but doesn't offer more than the briefest of introductions to the technique. Without going to the classes themselves, the technique seems to be impossible to properly implement and so a book like this is nothing more than an advertisement.
