Wrong Man on the Ladder

A young police officer becomes involved in an undercover fencing operation of hijacked goods through an outlet store. What he doesn't know initially is that the store is actually operated by an organized crime figure who has designs on climbing up the organized crime ladder.The situation takes a turn when the undercover's real identity is discovered by a pretty young woman who has had designs on him from the start. It also turns out that the crime figure who operates the store is her cousin. He enters the relationship while he fits his conscience about the family he seldom sees.As the undercover continues to operate the outlet store, he continues to impress the organized crime figure with his savvy at the very time that he is becoming disenchanted with his right hand man. As he plans his move up the ladder he decides to make the undercover officer his right hand man, a position that would give him access to underworld operations.
