Interesting read about how to eat affordably good foods. It is an old book, so it doesn't have all the diet crazes of today. It is in reaction to packaged food and touts about the nutritiousness of good foods like sprouts, etc. Excellent read and a reminder that we often loose our way in all of the new yummy things that exist today vs. what our bodies will naturally enjoy and crave.
All animals will go toward/ crave the foods that provide the nutrients needed. You can teach yours to will little modification.
