Must read for all (first-time) buyers

Highly recommend this book for any and all home buyers. Orli brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this book, as well as a personal touch, which make it an easy and very informative read. This book gave me a direction to start my home buying journey, and has already helped me be more knowledgeable/competent in meetings with realtors and lenders. Really appreciated the personal touch of having a website where you can ask questions directly.

All you ever needed to know about home ownership

This book clearly outlines what to consider when buying a home. It encourages the reader to determine what they can afford, rather than relying on loan officers and real estate agents to advise them on how much house they can afford. I recommend that home buyers, especially first time home buyers, read this book and apply the concepts to their own situation. It could be called "All you ever wanted to know about purchasing a home, but were afraid to ask!"
