Synopsis
Turquoise Anderson is the owner and operator of Turq's Touch. Hair runs in the family. She learned everything she needed to know about hair and love from her parents. The hair lessons have kept her successful, while the love lessons have kept her lonely.
Cameron Wilcox is the new owner of Cam's Kutz. Cameron credits the shop and Mr. Henry, the previous owner, with teaching him how to be a man. Unfortunately, his only love lesson has him questioning every relationship.
Regina Carter has been Turquoise's bestie for years. Unlike Turq, she didn't allow heartbreak to alter her view of love. She still believes in happily ever after until her new relationship presents the same heartbreak. Will her belief survive this time around?
Adonis Collins has never experienced true love. The only love he's known is the love of family, which has been riddled with loss, so he remains guarded. He soon realizes he must move differently, with matters of the heart.

Perceptions Book 1
I have enjoyed the characters perception of love from the beginning of the story. I can’t wait to read book 2 of this story! I really like this author and this is my second book that I have read by her, but it won’t be my last.
