Very disappointing. This book had very little information about how to count macros. It was more of a general diet book that regurgitates the same type of info you get in all self-help books. Yes, there are 3 types of macros. Most people already know that when they start researching this topic. How about providing information about how to read food labels? I've learned from multiple resources that the calories listed aren't accurate when you break them down based on the grams of carbs, fats, and protein in the product. There should also be more talk about measuring and weighing. She states to weigh meat after cooking since it loses water weight. However, every other resource I've found states the opposite. While it loses water weight through cooking, it's not losing calories. I'd recommend seeking out a different resource than this one.
