This is a Romantic Suspense, and this is the fourth book in the Shotgun Mafia series. I read the first three books before picking up this book. This is the last book in Carter and Destiny's story. I really hated the ending, and I hope some of the other books in this series answer the questions I have.

I received an Advanced Reader Copy and am voluntarily reviewing it. The fourth installment of this wonderful series gives readers a more in-depth look at all of the characters we know and love. Atlas Lupo has something up his sleeve and it involves the asylum. When Carter goes to check it out, he gets more than he bargained for. An all out brawl between the two of them leaves both limping after Sheriff Sawyer Parker breaks them up. Sheriff Parker knows that there is something going on but would rather they work it out on their own without violence.

Carter is out for blood and revenge. Atlas seems to be trying to set down some roots in his town. The town is not big enough for the war these two have going on with each other. That is just a high level overview of what is going on. There is so much more. Destiny is still right in the mix. She refuses to let Carter run with his off the wall plans without her. Ella and her son Fin are fitting in nicely. Ella plans to help Destiny run the veterinary clinic once it is up and running. Will her plans change when Zach King and Jarrod Johnson show up?

Zach is looking for his son and maybe something else. Everyone is understandably cautious of these two. Despite the decade of growing up, Jerrod still believes money makes everything better. What will happen when they find out they jumped right in the middle of a mafia war? Carter is ready to end this and start his forever with Destiny. Atlas has somehow gotten back on the hook for finding Tanner. Don Moretti is not happy. He needs to get retribution for his son. Atlas is ready to get on with his life with his crew and Raven. I can't wait to see what is in store for all of them. This book does leave a few things hanging. I can't wait for the next book in this series.

i still have so many questions! like why would they end this book like this with everything still going on and i see the 5th book is about Dylan and Lara . no offense , but i really would like to find out about the mob coming down and what happens to atlas with the hotel . or raven and where she came from because she came out of no where and atlas finding the kindergarten. or the big question is where the hell is tanner in all this . 4 books in and still no tanner .

This is book a continuation of Destiny and Carter’s story. It is action-packed, twisty and absolutely riveting. As they try to plan their wedding, Destiny and Carter are also waiting for their adversary to make his next move. The mafia wants Carter’s brother, Tanner, and they will do just about anything to get their man. Carter is just as determined to defend and protect his family, including Destiny and their daughter. At this time, both Carter and Atlas, his mafia adversary, are at an uneasy pause, trying to heal from the beat down they gave each other. But make no mistake, both sides are digging in, making plans for attack and determined to take a win.

Destiny and Carter’s story is intense, sometimes violent, rather twisty and also includes a fair amount of steam. It is hard to put down and leaves one wanting to know more about these characters and what happens next. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

The fast and furious action continued with Carter retaliating against Atlas for all the things he had done to the Caldwell family. He managed to set Atlas back in his plans of taking the area over, but another problem maybe on the horizon with his boss from Chicago soon to arrive. Carter and Destiny did have some visitors from their past that came to the ranch to see Ella and Finn. They helped fill in some blanks from the first book, and they were more than willing to help Carter with Atlas. The sheriff had been around asking questions to both Carter and Atlas with so many things happening involving the two of them. Have plenty of your favorite drink and snacks handy when you start this book, because you will not want to put it down until you finish it. I cannot wait for the next book as this one was left in a wild cliffhanger.

Destiny and Carter’s epic story continues in this 4th book and it’s just as twisty and action packed as the previous books. They work on solidifying their family and battling Atlas’s shenanigans with the help of new and old friends. Atlas and Raven are an odd pairing of psychopath and genius: both deeply scarred mentally by past abuse. Sky keeps the adrenaline pumping with intrigue, danger, and mystery. There’s still no sign of Tanner or a resolution of the mafia’s orders to terrorize his family. Destiny, Carter, and their daughter are ready for their future.

Savage Kings is the epic 4th installment of Sky Coppola’s series; it brings heat, action, intensity, many plot twists and surprises, and plenty of steam. Main characters Destiny and Carter are awesome, and their blended family is just the best mix of funny, flavorful, spicy, and emotional. I love how the author weaves her tale, keeping readers engaged and guessing throughout the novel and the series. A complicated tale filled with fascinating characters, the overarching plot of this series is a must for anyone who enjoys action-filled, thrill-ride, romance. I cannot wait to read the next book in the series!

I honestly didn’t think this series could get more intense or steamier…OMGOODNESS I WAS WRONG IN THE BEST WAY!!!!! It’s difficult to review this installment without giving anything away or sounding redundant. There is literally something for everyone in this book with lots of VERY unexpected events. Part of the Shotgun Mafia series picking up where book three left off Destiny and Carter are keeping you on the edge of your seat if you blink you might miss something but in order to understand what’s going on you really do have to read all the books in the series starting with book one and trust you put it down until the last page has been turned and if you don’t like cliffhangers well now you have the series to continue to read through without waiting for the next book but is it all over where are they headed and can they finally have the happiness they have fought so hard to have?

This book picks up where the last one ended. Destiny and Carter are finally getting married and wedding plans have begun. Carter's brother is still MIA and the mob is still after him.

Atlas seems to want to still around with his lady, Raven, they are such an odd pairing. Carter is ready to bring the fight to him after everything that has been done to his family.

This ends on cliffhanger and the series should not be read out of order.

This series just doesn’t stop and will keep you on the edge of your seat like no other. There is a lot going on but it is written so well you don’t feel overwhelmed…just highly entertained. Destiny and Carter are everything!!! And when you throw Atlas into the mix things get really interesting!! I can’t wait for the final book because I really really want to re read the whole thing from start to finish again.

I enjoyed this story and thought Destiny and Carter were great together. This is a slow burn story. They are back together and Carter does everything he can to protect his present and get her and their daughter back. I enjoyed their story and seeing how he tries to win her back. Will they succeed? Great series from a great author.

Destiny and Carter are getting married and she has begun to make wedding plans. Atlas is still a thorn in their side and now he’s bought the asylum. What are his plans. The ruthless mafia guy is starting to thaw around Raven. Tanner is still missing and Don Moretti wants revenge. Love this suspenseful and exciting series.

I just want to know what happens to Atlas & Raven!! That is the only reason I’m continuing to read this series.

Carter and Andi are just too Hallmark goofy. They are finally engaged, but how well do they know each other?? A lot can change in 10 years and both of them seem to be in the lust phase.

The seen with the muck boots….. oh girl, you just left the pasture with those on.

So many new characters came into play in this book. It’s like reading an episode of Dallas with some Hallmark cheesiness thrown in.

I love this series. I was a little thrown with book 2, but it all makes sense now. The series up to this point flows so well. This is the perfect mix of sweet and dark, cowboy and mafia, romance and angst. I love this book so much. Great book! The cliffhanger got me, but I’m excited to see where this goes!.

I'm not sure where to start with this review. I did finish the book. I didn't hate it. But this book just felt like a mish-mosh of random events being wrote about. And these events didn't seem related to the story line? Unsure if I will finish this series.
