This was a short biography book on Michael Jordan. Michael Jordan may have been the best basketball player that have ever played the game basketball. he was the best player for many reasons. As a kid he learned basketball tricks and rules from his older brother. He's older brother taught Michael everything that he knows about basketball. Michael attended collegen in North Carolina than went to the NBA. In the NBA he played for the Chicago Bulls. The Chicago Bulls was a weak team but when he got there he made his team stronger and a competitive team. He pratices hours after hours. As much Michael loves the game he hates to lose. everyone started to love Michael and soon did he became fans favorite player. after all he achieved so many things while playing in the NBA. He lead the NBA scoring for seven straight years and won like three MVP, he also lead the Bulls to three NBA titles in a row. Michael not only was a dangerous player in the regular season but when it comes to playoffs and NBA finals game he becomes more dangerous. he scores at least 30 points or higher in each game. Before Michael retired so many people said "Michael ave been the Basketball player ever to live". BUT Michael said that he may be the best basketball player in the planet but he's the second best basketball player in the family below his brother. Michael made people realize that giving up is not a option in life so you have to work hard and keep going.

Personal Response:
I thought this was a great book because it gives a reader a good source of information about Michael Jordan. It talks about how Michael was one of the best basketball players ever. It also talks about all the credentials he had received as a basketball all star. He won so many scoring records, also records on passing and assisting.

Plot Summary:
The book gives you a good background on Michael Jordan as being one of he best ever. When he was awarded with the scoring award four years in a row, Michael had between 32 and 38 points per game averages throughout the four years he had earned the title. They made it just about every year to the playoffs while Jordan was on their team. When Jordan played, critics called him a ball hog, one man show and other things because they were never making it to the championships, and as Michael kept getting better, fans expected more of him.

Recommendation:
I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys reading about basketball, and the greatest players of all time. How players set scoring records, passing, and assisting awards. Anyone ages 8 and older I recommend this book too. If anyone wants to notice and see records and abilities of other players like Dennis Rodman, Scottie Pippen, Magic Johnson how they had a huge impact on society and the game of basketball.

This was a very good, informative book about Michael Jordan. I learned many interesting facts about Michael while reading this book. Michael grew up in a poor family. He always played basketball in his driveway with his brothers. I learned that Michael got cut from his high school team when he was a freshman. This only gave him more motivation to practice more and more. He then made the team and became very successful in life. Michael played for North Carolina. He was a superstar who was known as the best player in college basketball at the time. Then he went to the NBA to play for the Chicago Bulls. He was very successful and won 6 NBA championships. Then Michael retired and became apart of the NBA Hall of Fame. He is known as one of the best basketball players to even play the game.

Dylan has to read a biography & do a book report & speech based on the book/person he chose. He chose Michael Jordan, so I get to read the book too so I can help with his project! Lucky me!
