A Difficult Day
Crumpled sheets, a lumpy pillow and crumbs in the bed mean a sleepless night for Melinda. Waking up grouchy, Melinda's mood goes from bad to worse -- can anything save her day now? An understanding mom makes a grumpy mood go away in this reassuring story that reminds children (and their parents) that everyone has difficult days, and sometimes a hug is all you need to chase the blues away.

Melinda didn't sleep well so when morning came she was already grumpy and didn't want to get out of bed. Everything was difficult that day until she even got in trouble with her mother.
Very accurate and well told story with great illustrations.
