Syler (H) leaves his demonic realm in Hell for Washington, D.C., a site of decay and corruption for him to look for souls for the dark side. He catches the President’s daughter, Devyn (h), in an interview and realizes she’s his fated mate. Devyn hates the public persona she’s forced to live, subduing her darker and feisty nature, btu when she meets Syler she feels an intense attraction to him. But others have left Hell too, and Syler will have to protect what’s his if he hopes to take her to hell. Hot and steamy human-demon romance with a side of danger.

I have to say I really enjoyed Syler, and I definitely found myself wanting more. It's a short book that packs an exciting punch so it was easy for me to devour in short order. Syler leaves hell to go to a place with all kinds of corruption to do his job, Washington, D.C. He is shocked that he finds his fated mate while there, and it turns out that she's the President's daughter who he's very much drawn to. Devyn is doing her best to hide her darker side to the public, but when she comes across Syler, she's very drawn to him as well, not knowing of his demon origin at first. They have chemistry in spades of course, but again, she's in real danger which kept me on the edge of my seat as Syler has to keep her safe. I don't want to say anything else since it's short, but in my eyes, it's a great story and I CANNOT WAIT for more in this series so I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Devyn is the first daughter and hates her president father and her neglectful and abusive mother. She is finally 18 and just has to attend one last event until she can move out. Sylar is Lucifer's son and is searching for sinners when he sees Devyn for the first time. He too attends the event and vows to take his fated mate and leaves with her. But things are not how they seem 😉 Instalove, fated mates, short, steamy, romantic and safe with action and a few twists and turns with a sweet HEA 😍😍😍 Can't wait for the next brother to find his mate👍👍

Syler meets his mate when he is about doing his job. He follows her path and blends into her life when he learns about deception someone is up to. Will he be able to save his mate and will they get their chance for happiness. This story had me from the first page as I connected with Devyn and Syler.

Loved it!

This was so good! I loved the beginning of this series and look forward to seeing how the rest of it pans out. Syler ran into his fated mate by accident but knew he couldn't let her go, even though she wanted nothing to do with him.. or so she thought! When she was in danger, he stopped at nothing to save her!
