I can honestly say that this book has changed the way I look at fitness. I've only recently woken up to the fact that time is passing by and that I'm not getting any younger, and so I started on a fitness regimen without much direction. Deanne's book, which goes into details of the human body's skeletal and muscular structure and the right way to train different joints and muscles, should be a textbook for every fitness newbie. She has details on everything - common injuries and how to heal them, the importance of weight training and structured programs for all levels of fitness enthusiasts.

This book changed the way I look at fitness : coming from someone who used to think that he was a fitness freak before! Of course, humbling, real quotes from the likes of SRK, Lara Dutta and Bipasha doesn't hurt.
