Wonderful storytelling, from the heart

I enjoyed reading this book very much; a wonderful mixture of fond memories and a glorious tribute to family.
I chose this book after meeting Robin on a recent holiday to Alaska and having been struck by her warmth and keen exuberance for life and people. I felt sure her storytelling would be well observed and rich. It was!

A sweet memoir

Good memoir of the author's childhood. Goes to show how every life has a story and is relevant. Also, having left behind city life and a career to move to a small ranch myself, I was able to relate to the joys of a simple life.

Very good book. If you grew up in the 60s and 70s, you would have a lot of oh yeah moments. I was laughing and saying, "I remember doing that." Thanks for the memories!
