I found it insightful and easy to read. Though the concepts seem quite simple, the whole premise of the book is that small changes in the way we receive feedback will lead to large payouts in the end. I would highly recommend it to anyone who finds giving and receiving feedback a challenge.

Reading this at the right time! I think the amount of space on this topic (length of the book) was spot on and there was enough nuance, but not so much, that you walked away with clear steps for applying the methods described.

This book has some really useful tools. A good book to re-read occasionally to be reminded of how we can benefit from feedback, no matter how it is delivered.
