Red Light Ladies
We roam the streets of Amsterdam looking to sell our bodies.
Hell, we'd sell our souls if we could, but those don't belong to us anymore.
They belong to the man who decided that we belong to him.
It's his house, his rules- our bodies.
Four of us aren't what we seem.
We look for ways to leave this place, for ways to be free.
But all freedom comes with a price, and some prices are far too high to pay.
Even for us.

Not too bad of a book
Wow. Never read a book like this before. Prostitution in Amsterdam.
Amity was taken to pay off a debt. A debt that never was hers, and was never a real debt.
Her life was messed up and now she's found herself screwing her way through people to pay off this debt.
Kerstan the headmaster of the house she's in is cruel and ruthless.
Without giving things away, Amity wants out. She will do anything to get out and save her friends she's made. When the one person she never expected is the one controlling the strings, she's about to let anything happen.
Luuk is evil and hates her for what she did to his brother. His revenge is about to kill her.
So much happens and you learn about the Red Light District just a little more.

This book was amazing. I didn’t know what I was getting myself into, but was pleasantly surprised. I loved the different POV’s from all the ladies. They all had their own personalities & thought differently to each other. I was shocked at who was the one putting Amity through the worst kind of hell for a woman. I thought it’d be Theo, but she was adamant it wasn’t. I did not see that coming! Smith’s a POS! I hope his brother hates him forever. He lost the love of his life forever because of him. I really liked Kerstin although not at the beginning. What an amazing look into prostitution I had no idea & I really enjoyed reading about it. Even with everything that they go through on the daily & to still have the strength to push through. Amazing. & so sad about Betje.

Debts We Can’t Pay
I’m ashamed that I didn’t know about this book and that somehow it slipped by me.
However, I’m happy it did not stay hidden long, because I was not let down.
Yolanda has a way of weaving stories that will bring out different ways on how you view the characters, the situations, and just the story in general. This book was no different.
If you are a fan of Yolanda Olson, just read the book! 🖤
