I think as a beginner's introduction this book does a decent job of giving an overview of what Architects should know about Contracts and managing projects. I'd definitely recommend this book to recent graduates going into the architectural field, or as a first resource to begin studying for the ARE, but some of the information is oversimplified for those with years of practical experience.

Overall, it's a nice quick read and the information is pretty concise and to-the-point instead of being filled with lots of fluff to fill extra pages.
