Mesopotamia: The Redeemer

Rate this book
Far into the future, 2287 AD, three civilizations that emerged in the aftermath of the "Wars of the Human God" fight over the future of mankind. The people of the Gnosis still live on the desolated earth. They presume to free the world of its filthy material shell and unite with the ephemeral and eternal. Their warrior is Smoke, an orphan raised in this spartan culture who grows up to be a leader driven by pure intuition. The gnostics wish to harness Pythagorean technology to fulfill their divine nihilistic mission. Sofia is the master of a Pythagorean research space station. They believe in a perfect cosmic order and their technology is based on calculation engines and musical interfaces. Their culture is pure harmony. The Atheists who believe in abolishing all religions in favor of a global cosmic culture are the third civilization. Their representative in the story is Enosh the Socratian, a consciousness expert, a healer of the soul and the wise man of the book. This book is the second in the mesopotamia series by the authors, after "Mesopotamia - The Healer, the Slave and the Prince" also found in Smashwords.
