As an MSP owner, our thoughts and ideas are always everywhere. We tend to lose our direction with all that’s happening around us. This book brings us back to why we started all of this. Recommended.
I've read this book before, and consistently re-visit it to re-read every twelve months or so. Why? Because quite simply it contains much of the best advice I've read towards self-development, balancing your personal and professional lives, and finding fulfilment in any book of its type.
Author Karl Palachuk works within the IT industry, and as a fellow IT worker myself I empathise with the stories and examples he delivers in this book.
The book is laid out in easy to read chapters with additional resources, exercises, thought provoking quotations and chapter summaries that enable you to take away the advice in each chapter and apply it to your life.
I've recommended this book to friends, family and clients - it remains one of my favourites in this genre and I suspect, will do for a long time to come.
Highly recommend this book. Oddly enough I actually won my copy through a a YouTube Halloween Contest back in 2014. And boy am I thrilled I entered that contest.
