I really loved this book starting out. And it did change my life to opening up my mind to the idea that being an introvert was not a bad thing. But after the initial delve into the two personality types it lost me when it started to discuss relationship and living tactics. It just seemed a little in the surface of things. I have since read better more in depth books on introversion.

Great tips and up to the point. In some chapters you feel the author is too defensive of the introverts. All in all good light book.
