This is a fun book full of ideas and information to use pumpkins and gourds for the fall holidays. There are dozens of Jack o’ lantern pictures to inspire you and directions to take pumpkins to a higher level and carve them to have leaves, centered quilt blocks, moon and stars, and many more. The photos are great and all directions and display suggestions are easy to follow.

We don't do the 'dark and scary' aspects of Halloween, but like to keep it light and fun. This book has plenty of that with some nifty ideas.
Some were a little too fancy and difficult for the typical mother with a million things to do, however.
