Rate this book
Secrets...They eat at you until there is nothing left. They stay in the back of your mind and on the tip of your tongue, never forgotten, forever wanting to be set free.

Kaitlyn "Katie" Crane knows all too well the pain and misery that comes from keeping secrets. They have cost her everything, including her faith.

Attempting to leave it all behind, she moves away to college, but the darkness of her past continues to torment her. She's struggling and barely hanging on, until Levi- a persistent and godly man, walks into her life wanting to heal her shattered heart.

Will he be the one to bring her back into God's light, or will the secrets she holds so tightly destroy them both?

This is the first book that I've read by this author, and I really enjoyed it. The storyline could have easily been true to life, and the characters were well developed. I wanted to find out how one of the major conflicts was resolved, but that continues in book two. Even though it wasn't resolved in book 1, I was enjoying the story so much, it's fine that I have to read book 2 to see how that ends.

Easy read, nice story line. No real surprises but I liked that the author didn't drag out what you knew was coming next. Will have to read the next book to finish the story...which is fine.
