An excellent reference book that would be very useful for a new veterinary receptionist, and that would also be a good reference and review book for experiences receptionists, or for anyone in the profession training or working with receptionists. As an LVT, even I found useful information in this book, and I am passing it on to our clinic's Personnel Manager, as it will be a great clinic reference book.
