Thoroughly defines burnout and how it relates to librarians. Unfortunately, only a small portion of the book talks about combating burnout. It is comforting to know that I'm not alone!

Has a really good section on how to prevent burnout in staff as a manager--lots of great management advice in general on how to relate effectively to employees, motivating them, etc.
