Great overview. Helped me understand why shiatsu compliments other forms of TCM like acupuncture. And the Hara! I want to learn more!

Also, even though this book is over 20 years old, most of her lifestyle and dietary suggestions seem quite current. Best yet, she is succinct and shares pressure points that may be helpful to focus on when you experience specific symptoms.
