It’s a Ruff Life is about a MI6 secret agent dog named Max who could give James Bond a run for his money. Max’s mission is to be undercover in the mayor’s house to see if the mayor is up to any illegal activities. Max’s cover is so good, his “sister”, Bella, has no idea that Max is a secret agent. Bella has her own “mission” as she finds out that the mayor’s doggie bin project has been flushed down the toilet. Bella takes it upon herself to rally up her fellow canines and bring the morning commute to a standstill to protest the end of the super automatic doggie bin program. I won’t spoil it and share what happens, you will have to read this book for yourself.
It’s a Ruff Life is a creative adventure for a young boy or young girl between the ages of 8 - 12 years old to enjoy. The chapters are a quick read which should keep a child interested in reading more.

Hilarious and exciting at the same time. A great family book that everyone will enjoy with larger than life characters.
