West's Business Law: Extended Case Study Approach (with 2006 Online Research Guide)

Rate this book
Based on the market-leading text, WEST'S BUSINESS LAW, this Extended Case version maintains the same tradition of comprehensiveness and authority, cutting-edge content, and student-friendly presentation. It is a classic blend of black letter law and student accessibility. The primary difference between this and WEST'S BUSINESS LAW is that this text is meets the needs of those who wish to really utilize a "true black-letter-law" case approach in their business law course. This Extended Case version offers excerpted cases, or cases in the language of the court, at the end of each chapter which are longer than those in most other business law texts. The placement of the cases at the end of the chapters also gives instructors, even those who are not interested in a heavy case study approach, greater flexibility regarding the degree of case analysis in their course.
