Grath and his twin brother, Zlade, have tackled many obstacles to obtain passage to Earth to find their mate. When they finally arrive, they don't find one man but identical twins. With the same tempting blood, they know they must keep both. James and Adam are at the end of their rope when they discover an alien craft deep in the woods outside their camping ground. When they're abducted by two of the sexiest men they've ever seen, they aren't sure what to expect. The offer presented to them is tempting, especially when the alien men try to prove themselves through sexual favors. Should they be afraid or aroused? Can the foursome learn to love each other or is a potential relationship destined for failure?
Admittedly the logistics of trying to figure out how this is going to work.. It was short and abrupt ending! Alien twins find a way to get to earth, find the human twins, after a little chat where they aren't completely on board, basically seduce then mate (bite) them. One twin mistook something said (what was overheard didn't even remotely come close to what the guy thought was said.. to me at least) and takes off. But since they HAVE to leave by sun rise, the aliens go after him, worried they'd have to leave him behind, catch up to him, then one of them falls behind.. catchs up just in the nick of time and baam that's pretty much it. One sex scene consisting of two one on ones until orgasm is close then they make a daisy chain.
Ok yes that was a ramble.. imagine it being said in that tone of voice...Just thinking about how this would work implies lots of possible brother overlap.. and are they planning on switching it up? What if one alien bro is 'at work' will the other somehow play with the humans together alone? I'm sure there are several scenarios that can and would avoid any layovers but just watching brother to brother go at it just isn't my cup of tea nor is incest/twincest.. Would this (could this) possibly apply? Technically, no there is none of that besides 'voyeurism'.
I would have (and did) give this a shot but the ending didn't even come close with leaving it at taking off from Earth. Nothing is settled.. hell, the alien twins seemed just as broke as the humans... too many connotations... sorry lost that train of thought but anyone reading this hopefully gets the gist.
Like in the first volume, two aliens are attempting to find their human mate. This need is explained a little better, but there is no real reason given for it. The world-building was minimal (and not unique), I didn't find out much about the alien culture, and the plot was very simple. Not to mention the sudden ending hat caught me totally unaware.
The characters did pull me in a little more than in book one, and the fact that a pair of twins found they are mated to a pair of twins made things fun. Both pairs are not exactly financially well off, so at least they had that in common. The sex was a little more creative, but just as sudden and somewhat clinical.
If you like aliens looking for a mate, and if you enjoy two forceful mates dealing with financial setbacks and being inventive to find a solution, then you might enjoy this short story.

Felt a bit lacking on plot, world-building, characterization and connection between the mates. Not horrible, but not really fulfilling either. Not sure if this is due to length constraints or just bad story telling. Perhaps if it were a bit longer, some of these issues would be fleshed out a bit more.
