I can’t even begin to explain how many facets of this book touched my heart. That being said, this is one of the most different stories I’ve read in quite a while. Prison isn’t a topic in many of my books, especially with a Christian woman in prison. That’s not all the book is about to be sure, but one of the main characters (Noreen) is in prison because the guilt she felt over an accident killing her best friend caused her to plead guilty. Three years she’s been incarcerated and suddenly she’s hospitalized after being shived by an inmate during a raid on the prison pharmacy. This precipitated a new investigation by her friends and relatives to prove her innocence and get her out of there.
This is where it gets good. From here character after character is introduced, each one in some way directly or indirectly related to what was going on with Noreen. Some are self-serving, some are finding their way around life's circumstances, and some are just lovely, caring people. No one is without flaws, and this is why I connected with this book. Oh, not at first. No. I kept scratching my head wondering what on earth this was about and where it was going. But I had patience and it paid off!

Grace is not a person in the book, but grace plays a huge part in many lives. What gold within!!

Great Read
Life in a small town. Gossip that can ruin lives, long-held secrets, and the inability to forgive one's self, quirky, cantankerous old folks, loving, compassionate, honest Christians, narcissistic troublemakers, murder (or was it?), dysfunctional families...all depicted perfectly in this novel reflecting most small towns.
This captivating book will hold your attention. I can't wait for the next installment!

Evidence of Grace is book 3 in the Jenna’s Creek series. I didn’t read the first two but it didn’t hinder me in reading this one. Evidence of Grace is a good stand alone book. This book has a lot of characters but it was easy to follow along with each one.
I really love murder mysteries and this one was a winner for me. It meant even more to me because it is set in Ohio, my home. I knew all of the towns and cities mentioned.
Evidence of Grace is many stories that wound themselves together in some way. It was neat these stories were completely stories by themselves but all came together in the end.
Evidence of Grace is a riveting story with many twists and turns and an unbelievable ending.
I recommend this as a very good mystery that is fast and easy to read. Very enjoyable.
