#readingchallenge2022 (my book featuring a libary/book)

Reading this novel felt like I had been wandering around a library when suddenly a friendly old man asked if I wanted to hear old tales about the library. I know the novel is only dated because I found it years after its publication, and at the time of its writing the content was considered fresh insights.

I enjoyed the dated nostalgia of the content. It was wildly interesting to learn about ‘groundbreaking aspects’ that are long outdated now, and high hopes for libraries-knowing the spoilers of how libraries evolved. It created for a fascinating conversation piece.

Though the author provided interesting insights-the novel does drag on, sometimes goes on tangents per topic, and can become heavy, so fun but not great.
