Good book, lot's of good idea's in it. I'm not sure it's practical for the "average" person. You need to have a juicing machine, and do the dreaded enema's... But if it does half what this author purposes, it's definitely worth looking into.

A great book for cleansing the body as well as reducing weight. It is a good how to manual that also explains the why it works. I have used it as my manual to do juice fasting dozens of times. However, my one caution is that i have found it very hard to do the fast during my regular hectic work and home/family schedule. I recommend doing it while on a peaceful vacation or break from those hectic times.
Very informative and inspirational. Was quite dated and not completely error free in the text. However, most great pieces of pioneered writing in this genre I find to contain several editorial errors. Interesting.
One of the best books for anyone who cares about their health at least a little bit. It has only 70+ pages and if you are in doubt should you read it, just give it a try. You can grasp through everything in about 3 hours (or even less).
