William K. Tabb serves as a Professor of economics and political science at Queens College and the Graduate Center of the City University of New York. He has authored works such as 'The Postwar Japanese Cultural Economy and Economic Transformation' (1995) and 'Restructuring Political The Great Divide in Economic Thought' (1999).
Obscure, outdated, but offers really good perspectives on what’s ultimately a grab-bag of reactions to the impending collapse of the eastern bloc. Some sections are hilariously outdated (nobody seems to grasp that China would be a first world power within the next century?) and shockingly prescient (like crimea being the flashpoint for a new era of inter-imperialist struggle).
