Powerful
Like many works from this time period and of this thought, more than one reading may be required. This is quite the work and I would recommend all with a desire for the true knowledge of self and their relation to the universe to read it.

Interesting origin of American religion
The think everything better religion started in the US, and has many manifestations from Oprah to self help gurus to pentecostal preachers. This book is a fascinating insight into the origins of the movement and relation to Christianity.

I have enjoyed parts like this:
This innermost of all is absolute Spirit. It is Life as yet not differentiated into any specific mode; it is the universal Life which pervades all things and is at the heart of all appearances. (p.7).
