I read this for a work book club and had the pleasure of meeting the author, who was incredibly insightful. However, the book didn't quite land for me.
The content felt better suited for PMs at smaller firms with "start-to-finish" control over their products. In a Fortune 500 environment, we often inherit projects that are already fully funded and designed, making the high-level advice and prompts here feel a bit late to the party.
I’d highly recommend a sequel focused on AI for In-Flight Projects—specifically how to navigate limited datasets and pre-existing decisions.

If you already are into real project management, it is just a series of prompt that maybe you already used.
This book could make sense in 2023. Now it is not anymore worth to be read.
