For me, this is one of the most interesting books that I have read in a long time. I studied philosophy of education in 1970, and this book shows me where the field has gone since then.
Philosophy of Education is about how we can be made, and especially how w can be personally liberated in the most profound sense.
It is incredibly difficult to read insightfully. Every sentence presumes that you have read a squillion other books. But it goes sooooo deep!
