Good bathroom reader that you can pick up and leave at anytime. Enjoyed reading the behind the scenes of some of my favorite Red Sox players. Stories ranged from very interesting to not so interesting. Many pages dedicated to the Ted Williams, the greatest player to ever don a Red Sox uniform. I really enjoyed the 'jokes' at the end of the book.

Lots of great information about Red Sox history and the players that we love. However, I was looking forward to more “fun stories” rather than a recap of the greatest or most memorable Red Sox players from A-Z.

This is an interesting and somewhat funny book. The stories that are told in this book are very well written. The stories are from all Major League baseball players that played for the Boston Red Sox. All of these stories are from 2012 and before. I like this book because it is all about baseball and it tells what the players have gone through. There are some people in this book that are antagonists; they start fights. This book includes photography of older players. I would recommend this book who like baseball or sports.

“Relive your favorite Padres memories”. This quote from the back dust jacket pretty much sums up the quality of copy editing in this one. While there are a few sections about post-2004 players, for the most part it’s pre-04, and the parts about modern players haven’t aged well (the vaunted Killer B’s are all gone thanks to poor management).
