Good heavy read on workforce analytics. The examples quoted were real live case studies which were good. Shows a 6 step model to apply whenever one encounters any problem which is simple and intuitive. The only drawback was to build an understanding on different analytical methods used a little more in depth. Overall loved the book on how it links the organization problem statement with solutions from analytical lens.
