I seldom read self-help books because I find them a waste of time. It should be common sense I feel.

In fact, I would rate this book 4 out of 5 stars!

The title is very promising: Maximizing Brain Control. It was quite dry in the starting pages of the book, but as I progressed further, I found a lot of useful tips on this topic of brain development.

Memory is a big part of the brain. What we do everyday, what we say, what we think and act upon, all these rely on our memory banks. We do it unconsciously on a never-ending cycle so it is vital that we learn to keep it well-greased and working 24/7. There are a variety of techniques and strategies outlined in Maximizing Brain Control, so you don’t have to worry about being bored by text left right center. The well-blended mixture of concepts and techniques is approached in a balanced way. What’s more, the book is ridiculously cheap. So it is both affordable and educational. So yeah, 4 stars out of 5!

Great book

Really liked how he involved examples with each technique, and the structure of the book, starts with removing any preconceived ideas, explaining the parts of he brain, describing the connection between each part, and finish up with how to use all this information, and the danger of not putting it in control. Can’t wait to try it out.

Brain Strengthening

This book begins by talking about the different parts of the brain. Information is then given as to how to take better care of the brain. The second half of the book provides memory techniques.
