I bought this book for my boys. Granted, it's a little young for them, but sometimes you have to go with simple to get through to them. It's a very simplistic book and maybe it's my German heritage where they cut off your fingers if you don't keep your nails trimmed and haul you off and beat you with chains if you're not on Santa's good list, but it seems very mild and I don't see a child learning from the example given. At least not anyone in my family, we're all a bunch of knuckleheads. I definitely recommend reading it first, if it will work then more power to you.

Cute

It was well illustrated, my children really like the repetitiveness. It had a very cute ending. My little girl especially liked the pictures of the monkeys.
