كتاب جيد يغلب عليه الطابع الاداري وكذلك التقني بسبب طبيعة المادة التي يغطيها.
يتكلم عن ادارة وتقليص النفقات وعلاقتها باصدار القرارات الادارية وتخطيط الميزانية وضبط الأداء المالي.
كتاب نافع للمدراء وللمسئولين الماليين في الشركات، ويستعرض كيفية استعمال بعض أدوات الادارة المالية.

I read this book as quick as possible when I entered my 4th semester (started this February) and I have to say that the decision of picking this book sooner than my textbook generally helped me a lot to understand the basic concepts of Managerial Accounting before I have to face the chapters that my lecturer gives. 'For Dummies' series is one of the best book series that I can get into, par on or much more better and simplified than most textbooks, and this book did not fail to teach me what Managerial accounting is about.

Seems like a great overview

I'm not great at this subject at all! But I think I understand the concepts from this book. Easy to read, easy to go back and reference. I am on yo applying it now.

It's a great book if your accounting is rudimentary, but as you begin to delve into rate based and blended funding accounts, the book becomes less useful. All in all, it is a great book for beginner accountants in the private sector.
