Are you tired of the same-old, same old vampire stories? Has Phelan got a tale for you. Here we have the typical vampire hero… turned by a beautiful woman–you know the schpiel. However Victor is now alone and far from home...

I liked the story and the characters. It's defiantly different. I would wonder about the long term of their species though. The cover on the audible edition I purchased is very sexy, but a bit misleading once you listen to the story. This really didn't effect the story overall, it was more of aspeed bump.
