From a research lab, in the breeze through a car window, to the tranquil skies above, death comes for all. What goes up must come down. What unforeseen creatures lurk in the wind? When does humanities search for more becomes its doom? What is watching us from the night sky? Eerie River Publishing presents the Element Book Four, stories specially selected to terrify and torment.

Jonah Buck wanted to study eldritch knowledge and commune with pale, semi-human creatures that flit across the sunless landscape to terrorize the living, so he became an Oregon attorney. His interests include history, exotic poultry, paleontology, and professional stage magic.
(Bias disclosure: I have a story in this anthology).
Really amazing how differently every writer interpreted "air". I think my two favorites are the opening story, "The Art of Bargaining with Demons" by Jonah Buck and the closing story, "Flight of the Mothman" by Shelby Suderman.
