Just when I thought my life was actually going to be some kind of normal, three demons drug me, kidnap me, and bring me to the one place I have no business being…Hell.
I can’t be here. I ran away for a reason, and if my father finds out I’m alive, he won’t rest until I’m back under his thumb. But how can I turn my back on an innocent girl?
We did what we needed to do in order to rescue our sister, but we never expected to be kidnapping our mate. Now Scout is here with us, and the collar we placed on her to keep her from leaving... also keeps her from learning the truth.
To say that I loved this book and devoured it in one night would be an understatement. I started it before bed one night, and the next thing I knew it was the early hours of the morning. This book will literally suck in right from the first chapter, and you forget you are reading.
Remember a certain, feisty, pink-haired demon from 'The Prophecy Series'? (Cyrus and Alana's adopted daughter) Well this is her story. And let me just say that this is one exceptionally written story. The plot and the spice was just epic.
We are taken on one awesome adventure full of spicy scenes, action packed and filled with humor.
Scout is kidnapped and taken to Hell by 3 demon brothers, who turn out to be her mates although she doesn't know it at the time, who need her to help find their sister.
Scout is a force to be reckoned with as she is one badass FMC. King, Rook, & Knight are her 3 demon brother mates.
King is the leader/dominant one. Rook is the playful, little on the crazy side. And Knight is the nerdy, less confident one of the three and they each bring something that Scout needs in her life. I have to say that Knight would have to be my favorite, as I loved the scenes between him and Scout the most.
These characters are exceptionally well written, and their dynamic was very well thought out and not rushed like I've found to be a thing in some RH novels.
5 stars for the plot and another 5 🌶️ for the spice. 10/10 definitely recommend reading this story even if you haven't read The Prophecy Series yet. This book is definitely going to be added to my to be read again pile and that says a lot for me lol.
Hell Bound is a why choose PNR romance. It is set in the same world as The Prophecy series. Scout is the adopted daughter of Cyrus and Alana. She is a feisty and smart demon, trained by Cyrus in torture and technology. She is a brilliant hacker and a survivor. King is the oldest brother, the leader. A dominant demon who takes the weight and responsibilities of all of his family and Scout. Rook is the joker of the brothers. A fun demon who reminds me of Cyrus, just not as psycho. He is also a leader who can step up and take action. Knight is the youngest brother. He is shy and less confident, but is most similar to Scout. He’s a hacker and technology is his forte. After The Prophecy was completed, Scout thought life would be easier. Until she is kidnapped by three brothers and taken to Hell. They want her expertise to help find their sister. This story is action packed! Literally, all Hell breaks loose! There are lots of different issues/obstacles the foursome has to deal with on the way to their sweet HEA. There are demons and trafficking rings, Lucifer and Scout’s biological father, and secrets and betrayals between the four of them. The characters were fantastic! The brothers are great and of course Scout is her sassy, strong self. We get to revisit Alana and her mates, as they make appearances in the story. I loved reading of Cyrus and Rafe/Koda again! And of course, Alana the badass vampire! Link is also a great addition to the family and hopefully we can read more of this growing family. Hell Bound is a great read for those who enjoy PNR and why choose romances!
Okay so I have literally been salivating waiting for Scout’s book ever since I read the Prophecy series. I mean that teaser was legit pure torture at the end. We all know I have zero patience so just rude to do that to me 😂
However I freaking fell in love with these characters. There’s so much more to Scout and learning her story. Also umm her men?! Excuse me but can I have my very own Rook please?! I wouldn’t mind Knight or King either lol actually package up all 3 for me please. I mean even though King did make me mad majority of the time because he’s a stupid boy I still love him hahaha. We did get to see our favs from the prophecy series though aka Alana and her men aka Scouts mom and dads LOL. I gotta say my absolute favorite part that made me die laughing so hard was Cyrus’ serious question he had for Scout at the end of the book. I won’t give it away but I’m still laughing thinking about.
I loved Scout! I've waited for her story after meeting her in Dark Heart. She is such a strong FMC and intelligent that King, Rook, and Knight didn't know what hit them when they decided to take her to help find their sister Bishop. The personalities of each brother were very distinct. King, the oldest, was very protective and gave off Daddy vibes. Rook was the joker and very playful. Knight was initially shy and tech-savvy like Scout. As the story continued, he became more confident and more dominant. I love that Scout found a way to work around the restrictions they placed on her and still help them. Her warning to them about her parents didn't phase them until later when they overheard something about Alana. I loved the fear put into Scout's Demons by hearing about Alana's uncontrolled power. This story had everything you could ask for: intrigue, danger, love, and determination to right a wrong. I enjoyed reading this story, and I hope we'll see more of these characters in the future.
Scout, Rook, King, and Knight are our four main characters. Scout is kidnapped by Rook, King, and Knight. The three needs Scout's help to find their sister. Throughout the story each character has something they're holding back. The story's intensifies as the suspense builds. Scout is a powerhouse FMC with pink hair. Rook is the character that provides some comedic relief with his silliness, but he is not one dimensional. King is the 'leader'/more dominant of the band of brothers. Knight is my favorite. I don't know why, but the way he's written makes you adore him in the scenes he's in. N.A. Jameson, once again, has written well-rounded characters and intriguing plot that makes you want to read it in one sitting.
Hell Bound is written by N.A. Jameson and is part The Prophecy World and comes after Prophecy Series. While it can be read as a stand alone, it would be best enjoyed being read after the Prophecy Series.
💜 mysteries 💜 found family 💜 fated mates 💜 dealing with the past 💜 forced proximity 💜 🌶🌶🌶🌶 spicy spice
Scout tried to turn down the job. She really didn’t want to, because she knew she had the skills to complete it. But, it would require her going back to Hell and that couldn’t happen. Next thing she knows, there’s a figure in her house. After a bit of a fight, two more show up and she’s collared and stuck in the neck causing her to black out. Ugh! These guys couldn’t take no for an answer could they?
This was a really fun spin off book after the Prophecy Series. I love shared world books as it just character builds and world builds in the best way possible leading to a fuller experience in the storytelling. Scout is her full sassy, independent, brilliant self and I was here for it. I loved this book and can’t wait to see what other spin offs may come out in the future.
I loved Scout's story!! She is kidnapped by her (unknown to her)mates, because they need her to find their sister.
We are taken on a mission with these four. There was action, humor, spicy scenes and more!!! I loved Scout!! She was a powerhouse of a FMC. She was funny, sassy and intelligent. Knight, Rook and King were her mates. I truthfully loved them equally. Each of them had great qualities and were so different. We get a leader/dominant mate, the playful or a litte crazy mate, and the nerdy or a little less confident mate. I think Scout fit them perfectly. The connection between seemed genuine and wasn't rushed.
I love that we got to see some of Alana and her mates. As well as, meet a new character in Link.
I liked that while Scout and her mates got a happy ending it was also realistic and fun. Hopefully, we get to visit with these characters again.
I was definitely excited to start this book. We first met Scout in The Prophecy Series, and I always love a good spinoff, so here we are. She's a great character with a ton of heart. Always looking out for others. Her guys were great too, even though they went about things in the wrong way in the beginning. Lol. There's an introduction to a new character towards the end that everyone was shocked to meet, so I'm wondering if that means we'll see them get their own story as well. I surely wouldn't mind. The ending was funny. Loved the humor.
I got a girl crush, Scout is just everything. I first met Scout while reading the prophecy series and I instantly knew I liked her and hoped she would get her own story. This story just made me fall even more in love with her and her family. The brothers well they are definitely interesting with a side of hotness. This story kept me captivated the entire time not once did I find myself thinking about anything else.
First off even though this is technically a standalone read the Dark Prophecy series first. Trust me it is worth it and makes this story that much better. Second, Scout is everything I wanted her to be and more. She is so strong and bad a**. Third, her mates are perfect for her even if the start is a bit rocky. Finally, the spice is top notch, grade A, prime sm*t. I hope we get more Scout in the future
I have been waiting on Scouts story! I loved her so much in the Prophecy series and I am so happy we finally got her story. She is such a baddy! Knight is probably my favorite of the the three of them!!!! I love how Scout fights for everyone. She has such a huge heart. This was an epic continuation of the lives of these characters that we love so very much!!!
Holy heck this is epic! Scout was coming home when all of a sudden three demons appeared and took her back to their home down below. They needed her to help them find her sister, even though she had told them she couldn't do the job. But of course they didn't take no for an answer. For months they tried to find their sister and all the while they were both keeping secrets from each other. I absolutely loved each and every character. I loved rooks silliness, kings protectiveness and Knights ability to switch between shy and dominant. I loved Scout from the dark prophecy series and am so glad to be able to read her story and see how much she's grown. Overall an epic tale, with spice and intense action.
N.A. Jameson has brought her A Game With Scout. The spin off from the Prophecy Series bring us reader more magic. I simply love how N.A. incorporated characters from the series to make Scout's story Pop. There is danger and intrigue, deception and steam, and lots of secrets to reveal. You don't have to read the Prophecy Series to enjoy Scout's story, but I highly recommend that you do. n-a-jameson
I loved Scout in the other books but getting to know her more was amazing. Her mates fit her so well, and watching their relationship grow is a rollercoaster in the best way
Since N.A. Jameson’s, The Prophecy Series we have had the tease for Scout’s (Cyrus and Alana’s adopted daughter) story. I was excited for her story but it was even more than I wanted.
In Cyrus and Alana’s story, Scout was younger, but she was also brave, sassy and very smart and after losing Cyrus and Alana she grew up and become even more.
After reuniting with Cyrus and Alana and helping to defeat Summer, Scout’s life seems like everything is right. Instead, she’s kidnapped and taken to hell.
Turns out though the three demon brothers who kidnapped her and take her to hell turn out to be her mates. King, Rook and Knight aren’t after Scout to hurt her, they need her help and after she said no they didn’t think they had another choice. Of course once they realise she is actually their mate things get complicated.
King, the oldest and mostly the leader is the most dominant but he also takes all the weight of responsibility for his family and now Scout.
Rook, the middle brother who is quite playful and flirty. He’s also just as protective but lets King take the lead. When he needs to though he can be just as much of a leader as King.
Knight, the youngest brother is they shyest and the least self confident. He’s also the most like Scout when it comes to computers skills. Knight is also softer and more gentle, but he’s just as protective of their new mate and can throw around his alpha vibes when needed. (Chairs beware).
The combination of the four made a perfect harem.
One top of the sudden discovery of their mate status, there is a much bigger issue at play and the reason that the brothers kidnapped Scout in the first place. Their sister was sold and they don’t think they can get her back without Scout’s skills. Scout being back in Hell though is a huge danger for her and everything she escape at 13.
While we don’t get a lot of Alana, Cy, Deck, Mal and Rafe they do make some appearances and I admit I would have happily soaked up more of them. On top of that the only thing I wished for was more after they get their HEA.
The introduction of Cy’s brother leads me to hope there will be more from this group yet. . . . Scout is happy for the first time since she lost Alana and Cyrus, they beat Summer and she now has Alana and Cyrus back as well as four new dads. She doesn’t expect to return to her apartment and face a demon in her apartment. He’ll be sorry he broke in, but she wasn’t focused enough to be aware that he wasn’t alone. When she wakes she’s not in her home and is tied to a bed.
King, Rook and Knight are out of options. There sister has been sold and they have tried everything to get her back. Everyone says Scout is the best and even though she turned them down they can’t take no for an answer. They think there only option is to force her into it. Thing are complicated though because the moment they were in the same room as her they knew she was meant to be theirs and the only reason she doesn’t know is the magic collar they put on her. ‘When we devised the plan to kidnap Scout and force her to help us, I certainly hadn't anticipated that we'd be kidnapping our mate. As far as first impressions go, we weren't doing so well.’
After listening to their story Scout knows she can’t say no again. Being in Hell is dangerous for her but as long as she stays out of sight she might stay under the radar. The brothers don’t let Scout out of her collar though worried about whether she’ll really stay and what she’ll do when she finds out they are her mate.
Scout isn’t going anywhere though, once she’s made a decision she doesn’t back down, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t plan an escape route if she should need it. ‘Being clever and sneaky is generally underestimated and largely dismissed as a desirable attribute. My strengths may not lie in superior firepower, but I make up for it in other ways.’
While working together the brother’s fall harder for their mate and Scout finds that she likes the three men and fighting her draw to her kidnappers becomes futile. "Shhh. Don't worry, Treasure, I've got you," I told her as I cradled her like a baby against my chest. I looked at my brothers in shock as I held the most important thing in existence.’
Just when they think they are finally getting closer to saving Bishop things get more dangerous for them all.
Talk about an amazing story. I absolutely loved Scout and King, Rook, and Knight. The chemistry between them is off the charts. Scout is your feisty and strong female with a spunky personality. King is your oldest and feels like the weight of the world is on his shoulders. Rook is your playful one that has you laughing. Knight is our nerdy one that is serious and to a degree more like Scout. This story has so much action, drama, and suspense. It keeps you on the edge of your seat with anticipation. I absolutely loved her and Link’s connection. They had me laughing at times with the jokes and antics. I did not read fully The Prophecy Series but the way this was written did not cause me any issues following the story. The is extremely well written and developed. You get immersed into a world that has you deeply engaged. I absolutely loved the ending. It really tied up the story. This is absolutely a must read and does not disappoint.
Y'all, it's finally Scout's turn!!! Her story is HERE!!! When we left her at the end of The Dark Prophecy series, she kinda had been kidnapped.
Well, it's time to find out why and what's going to happen to those that kidnapped her, cause... come on, you just kidnapped the daughter of a pretty dang powerful Alana and ALL her powerful men.... oh and her mama is pregnant, so may someone take mercy on their souls.
This one was awesome!!! Read it in one day, because... UHMAZING... We had funny moments, we have Scout being Scout moments, we get to see Alana and her men a little here and there, which is everything!! This one will keep you reading, needing to know what's going to happen next. Scout and her captors have a BIG mountain to climb, then having to deal with the fallout.... Buckle up buttercups!!!!
Just when life is starting to seem "normal" for Scout, she is drugged and kidnapped. The fact is is by her future mates is a side point really...
King, Rook and Knight are desperate to find their sister, Bishop, who has been sold into a suspected "entertainment ring". So they kidnap the best person they can find who track her down, who just so happens to be their mate. This can only turn our well right?
Hell Bound is an amazing first book in a series about Scout who has left from her abusive father to create her own life, only to be dragged back kicking and screaming into that world by the people who are supposed to keep her safe.
An amazing book! Scout is everything you could want in an FMC and she is jot afraid to demand what she wants. Her mates make some silly choices but its hard to not fall in love with them. Cannot wait for the next instalment.
N.A. Jameson’s most recent novel is part of The Prophecy Series which is sure to take you on an emotional rollercoaster ride that keeps you hanging onto the edge of your seat. Scout, the main female character and half demon, has been kidnapped by three demon brothers named King, Rook and Knight. The guys originally requested her assistance in rescuing their sister, Bishop, from being in captivity by sex traffickers. When Scout refused to help them, that’s when the brothers took drastic measures to persuade her otherwise. There’s some unexpected twists and turns that’s in store for all involved during this exciting adventure. I really enjoyed this book, it’s my favorite so far and I can’t wait to see what this author has planned next. Highly recommended and definitely a MUST read!
THIS WAS SUCH A GOOD BOOK😭 Im so sad i finished it😔
Scout was everything. She was smart, strong, funny, sarcastic and just one of the best Heroine I've read. She was truly a fighter and never let anything break her or bring her down.
I LOVED Knight, Rook and King. They were all completely different but somehow all complimented Scout perfectly. She was definitely stronger than me cause with the chemistry she had going with ALL of them I would have folded on day 1.
There was a pretty good mix of action, danger, mystery and love in this book that I was entertained the entire book. I felt like it was well written which is definitely gonna have me reading more work from the author.
My favorite part has to be the family bond. The way Scouts parent would literally to and 💀 anyone for her was amazing. I would definitely love more of them especially after that Lucifer part.
OMG I absolutely loved Scout’s story and this girl is no-one to mess with. She may come across as an IT whiz and tracker but there is more to her, and those brothers really underestimated her. I have to say I loved how King, Rook and Knight each bring a different dynamic to their family.
This girl is their everything and it just takes each of them time to get on board with what is happening. They know she is their mate but they won’t let her know that but even with her not knowing Scout is connected to these three and that connection builds.
Love how we see the force that is Alana and her men when they come to find their daughter.
This book is filled with suspense, hot alpha men, a gripping story and steam only that N A Jameson can do.
Scout is back! I'm so happy to see Scout back and with her own story. She's still as feisty and streetsmart as ever and taking no crap, even from her overprotective and occasionally misguided mates. They mean well but I don't think they realized how savvy and determined Scout can be, which only made them love her more. The really fun part was when they found out exactly what she was referring to about her parents and how they would move Heaven and I guess Hell in this case to find her. Throughout the story, I kept wanting Alana and the guys to come in and make everything right but I was surprisingly glad when Scout was the one to handle everything. I felt as protective of her as they did but she really held her own and I'm so glad she got her happy ending.
Hell Bound is a standalone spin-off from The Prophecy series. It's not necessary, but HIGHLY recommend that you read The Prophecy series first, to get the whole experience and because it's so good!
So in this one, we follow Scout, Alana and Cyrus's adopted daughter. Scout is a fiery, miss independent, a "don’t want to meet her in a dark alley" type. She is kidnapped by three demon princes, Rook, Knight, and King, in hopes to find their missing sister, Scout discovers more than she bargains for.
I freaking LOOOVED this story!!! All three guys complemented Scout sooo much. It was fun to see Alana and her men again! Even though Scout got her HEA, I have hopes for more from this universe. I seriously can't get enough!
This is my first read by this author, and I know this story is a spin-off but it stands on its own just fine. Scout is such a fun character. She's sassy and smart, and she's a bad-a who stays calm under pressure. Her men -King, Rook, and Knight are also amazing characters and their differing personalities make for a wonderful combo. The story is full of action and adventure, humor, passion, and steam. I loved every second of it and I'm excited to go back and read the other books in this series.
I really loved reading Scout's story. She has found her place in the world hiding in plain sight. Until she's taken by King, Knight and Rook to help them find Bishop - their sister, in hell. That's the last place she can be, she can't be found by her dad. But she wants to help. Our author gives us a powerful female character with lots of smarts, sass and room in her heart for her guys. There is danger, secrets, horrible bad guys, plot twists and so much steam. Read the trigger warnings first but do enjoy this tale.
This is for sure an amazing book. Having no business in hell really but lead there to help the guys find their sister she isn't unwilling to help. Scout now has a story of her own and this takes place after the prophecy series where she is much younger. Now being taken by three demons who accidentally as also her mates is giving the story an interesting one as how do fall for your kidnappers even though they need your help they still took you? Loved it.
I personally didn’t read the prophecy series but I still absolutely loved this book and will go back and read the prophecy series now! From start to finish this book seduces you to the finest… Scout, King, Rook, and Knight are simply amazing together!!! Even though the three did kidnap Scout they do make awesome mates in the end! Absolutely can’t wait to read what’s next!
