I entered the contest on Goodreads, because the author was writing about her business on Long Island and I had heard of them even though, I never visted their place of business.

Susan Axelrod started her quiche making business with a friend of hers. Neither woman had the knowledge on how to run a business. Susan's family fully supported her while her friend did not have the support. So Susan bought her out and was now on her own to figure out how to make it work.
Love and Quiches is a successful business that had its share of ups and downs. Suan was able to learn by seeking out advice.
She gives a lot of good business about through the book as se tells the story of her business.
The best is at the end she gives you recipes.

Great book. Fast read, jammed with good advice about starting and growing a small business into a big business. A must read for any entrepreneurs out there.
