Wonderful read, very smart case studies based in the Philippines for all Sales/Marketing Professionals out there. The Case Studies give a firm example of the techniques and methodologies discussed in the book, as both a husband and wife team this couple is a really good read. I'm going to recommend re-reading it again and again.
