Naoto in Gen volume 3 is in the ring boxing and kicking butt!! He's knocking opponents out left and right. Hes bobbing and weaving Lol. Until he meets his match...Ryuji Morimoto.
In battle 7-9, Kitaro, Sakuma, and Segawa, are still on a " steak out." But then it out of the blue Sakuma is missing?!? Where the heck did she go?! Kama...what can I say just sorry...still not talking. Smh..
The last story was kind of confusing a little. I didn't understand it... did the little girl die or kill herself to be with her mother? At the end Harue is reunited with her mother. Her mother apologizes for being such a horrible mother to her. And at the end they do live happily ever after. =)

I downloaded 4 free volumes of Gen, a manga compilation, to my Kindle a few years back. After having these books floating around in my Fire for so long, it feels good to actually make progress.
Vs. Aliens is by far my favorite my favorite manga in these books. It's cute and pleasant, and kind of odd, too. By this volume, though, I feel like everything but Souls has hit its stride. If I'd paid for this, I'm not sure I'd be so okay with it, but for a free download, Gen 3 isn't bad.

The one about the masked guy is getting really good. The one about the boxer, is meh, and the one about the alien schoolgirl might have just gotten good. I still can barely figure out how Im supposed to be reacting to the ghost story. Gonna have to stop reviewing these individually at some point though, it makes no sense.

The final part of the Karina Arisa's story is amazing and heart wrenching, well worth the read just for this story.
