Pernia stepped into the role of costume designer in 2010, when she styled the film, Aisha and received rave reviews for her fresh take on fashion styling. She then went onto style another UTV film, Thank You, starring Sonam Kapoor and Akshay Kumar, which was released in April 2011 and solidified Pernia's role as one of Bollywood's top fashion stylists.

It is the BEST book for a girl or lady who is seeking help with "what to wear on these event?" type questions. The book has helped me a lot to upgrade my wardrobe. The book has also given me some inspiration to stay fit and beautiful through it's beautiful and stunning photographs of the author, her mother and Sonam Kapoor.

the book scores on detailing giving information about the different styles,dresses,body types ,shops/websites and most important of all Innovation. the author transfers the enthusiasm to go in and try for new things which I think is the success of this book. however, I think this book is clearly only for of girls and for the forlorn men out there you need to wait and watch...
