A cogent, well-written introduction to all of the basics of both MariaDB specifically and sql generally. You can read this in an afternoon and have a basic database set up to query with moderate complexity that same night. Combine this with a little bit of database theory, and you're well on your way to doing great things with MariaDB and relational databases.
